One bedroom in central jesmond

This is a lovely flat on St George’s Terrace, with a spacious living room / kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom (mine, available for tenancy take over because I’m moving out). Current housemate is 23, young professional, he’s really nice, likes going to the pub, going out, Sunday roasts, beach trips, hiking etc. The advert says minimum stay 9 months but that’s just when the tenancy ends, landlord is very flexible so can just do a tenancy takeover if that works and after the 9 months is up you can stay on a one month rolling basis if you like.
