Nice little flat in mid Jesmond which I am taking on fully as the tenant and will be renting the spare room out to a young professional. The flat is in a great location close to local cafés, shops and transport links, making it ideal for someone working in the city who wants everything on their doorstep.

The available room is bright and well decently sized, with a small double bed, wardrobe and desk. The flat itself has a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen and shared bathroom.

I’m looking for a young professional who is clean, respectful and happy sharing a friendly living space. I’ll be living in the property as well, so this would be a lodger arrangement.

Share of bills (approx. £100 per month) and council tax (£80 per month) are payable in addition to the monthly rent, which is paid in advance.
