Housemate for 3-Bedroom House in Jesmond

I’m a 2nd-year PhD student at Newcastle Uni, currently living in a three-bedroom house in Jesmond. My tenancy runs until September this year, and my two housemates are finishing up their degrees; however, I’m quite keen to live here for another year.

Therefore, I’m wondering if there are any people around my age (25) who might be starting or already doing a postgrad degree (PhD, Master’s) or are professionals (e. g. starting a graduate job) who might be interested in moving in from September 2026.

The house itself is on Clayton Park Square which is a great location – really close to Newcastle University campus/ the city centre. Rent is currently £550pcm (excluding bills).

A little about me: I’d say I’m a clean, chill, and respectful person. I enjoy both nights out and nights in. I’m a big fan of music (mainly alternative rock/indie: Radiohead, The Smiths, The Strokes etc.), and I am also fond of travelling, football, boxing, chess, going for walks, the gym, the driving range, good food, films/series, anime, even just watching YouTube.
