Looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely 6-bedroom maisonette-style student house in Jesmond, available from 1st July- 28th June 2027!

📍Amazing location for Northumbria/Newcastle University students:
• Short walk to campus (~20/25 minute walk)
• Or very short walk to the Metro, which takes you right outside Newcastle campus
• Close to shops, cafes, bars, and everything Jesmond has to offer

The house includes:
1. Fully furnished bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes & desks
2. Large fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with a big TV
3. Washer dryer included
4. Two bathrooms
5. Small outdoor space
6. Parking available on the street with a permit

You’d be living with 5 friendly girls in a sociable and welcoming house (although boy or girl housemate welcome). Jesmond is one of the most popular student areas in Newcastle, so it’s a perfect location! The room available is the photo of the room above with the white blanket and pink bedding.
