Room available for short-term let in Jesmond

The house is in a fantastic location, only a 10-second walk to Tesco Express, with Waitrose just around the corner. There are loads of other places nearby too, including Pilates studios, ramen spots, açai cafés, charity shops, Pizza Express, Café Nero, a bakery, and Oliver Bonas. I'm looking for a student from either Newcastle or Northumbria University, in any year. Ideally someone sociable and up for the occasional pub trip.

I'm heading to Australia for a semester abroad from August to December, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room while I'm away. The house is really lovely and much bigger than most student houses. There's loads of space in the communal areas, a great kitchen, and it's a really nice place to live.
