Looking for a female tenant to take over my double room in a 3-bed flat in Jesmond, available from 23rd October.
Location in close proximity to Jesmond metro station.
Shared living room and kitchen space. 2 bathrooms in the flat between 3 people.

Rent is £515 per month - bills paid separately.
Currently living in: two females in their mid-twenties — one is a Masters student, and the other is a working professional.

Tenancy changeover is confirmed for 23rd October, and the new tenant will need to complete referencing/checks with the letting agent before this date.
