Hi I am a live in landlord, 27 years old Professional. Other flatmate is same age and also professional. Our current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

We are both easy to get on with, honest, friendly and enjoy socialising. We also enjoy cooking and eat together most nights.

The room has a double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, built in cupboard and 2 shelfs, There is room for a small desk also if needed. There is also a garage secured with padlock if you need additional storage.

Rental price includes all bills (Virgin TV and broadband + a cleaner every 2 weeks for communal areas). There are 2 bathrooms one is ensuite so you would share the 2nd bathroom with Gianluca.
