1 double bedroom available in Jesmond

The room available is one of three in a maisonette on glenthorn road in Jesmond. Each of the rooms are a good size, the kitchen has just been done up and the living room is really nice.
The two other tenants are two females studying at university and are going into their final year. Unfortunatly i am unable to live there anymore and so i would like someone to take over my tenancy agreement. The room is available from august the first and one months rent is required as a deposit.
