It's a studio of your own in a friendly house share.. privacy or social.. the best of both worlds. £100- £120pw rent depending on the size, plus fixed bills package.

There is also a gravelled garden area which can be used for barbecues and bike storage. The shared communal areas are great, especially if you are from out of the area and would like to meet other professionals in their early 20s to mid 30s.

Contracts are normally standard 6 - 12 months with the option to renew, (if you need to move out before the end of your contract, perhaps a job promotion, I can often find a replacement).

I can sometimes offer you a shorter let too (a minimum of 2 months) ..

The bills are very competitively fixed at £38 per week which includes: gas, electrics, water rates, council tax, TV license, high speed wireless broadband, communal cleaner, window cleaner and Virgin cable TV in the communal lounge.

The property has sound insulating that exceeds building regulations and space standards and storage is also exceeded for your comfort, safety and privacy.

No deposit required but employers reference (if not a post grad) and credit check required. Additionally must have a valid European passport otherwise proof of right to rent in the UK is required to comply with newly implemented regulations.
