Fabulous Jesmond Double furnished bedroom

A furnished double bedroom available in a beautiful spacious flat in Jesmond Osborne Road. Fantastic loacation, 5 minute walk to metro and a couple of minutes to Acorn road with all the shops and Tescos. Not far from the bars but at the top end of Osborne road so the quieter end. I have lived here a year and have been very happy. I'm looking for someone that's fun, outgoing and can respect each others space. I do enjoy a night out but equally like staying in. The rent is £347. 50 and bills on top roughly £120 a month. There is permit parking right outside the flat. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and oven. There is one bathroom that we would share between us.
