A decent sized double bedroom in Jesmond from Dec.

I am looking for a quiet and clean flatmate for a decent sized furnished room in my flat. Currently, three persons (myself-a research staff member of Newcastle University, a female postgrad student and an Art Gallery professional) are sharing this flat. This room will be available from December since my female flatmate, who has recently completed her course work, will be leaving in this month.
The flat is located at a distance of 2 mins walk from ‘Jesmond metro station’, 10 mins walk from both universities and 12 mins walk from the city centre. A free parking space is also available.
