I'm changing university so I am having to find a new tenant for my room! The house is a five bedroom house and you will be sharing with 4 other lovely, fun girls who all attend Northumbria University.
The girls are up for a laugh and easy to get along with, you'll enjoy nights out or staying in with them!
The house is in the student area of Jesmond and right next to a metro station which is handy! It's really modern and clean and all the rooms are of a really decent size!
There are two bathrooms, a large kitchen / dining room and also a separate living area.
I will be covering the costs of changing the contract over into your name, and the length of contract / moving in date can be discussed if necessary!
(No one has moved into this house yet so the pictures are from when we went to look around)
