Beautiful property located very close to both universities and town centre. Private parking is available along with a nice communal garden area; the bathrooms had a redo earlier in the year also. The pictures are accurate, and there's currently one other person living here but the rest shall most likely arrive soon. I renewed my contract for a year but had to cancel due to personal reasons and will not be in town to actually live here, so it's rather urgent.
