I am looking for a nice, friendly flat-mate to share my two bedroom Jesmond flat. The flat is modern, light, airy and in a fantastic location, just steps away from Ilford Road Metro Station and a 25 minute walk from the city centre.

Jesmond is an affluent area with lots of green spaces and the flat is within walking distance of the many bars and restaurants of Jesmond and Gosforth. There are also a number of local shops, supermarkets and gyms.

The flat has two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an open plan kitchen and living room and a small decked south facing yard to the rear.
