Spacious, light double room to rent in 2 bedroomed, desirable flat in Sovereign Court, Jesmond. The owner lives there partially, so you would largely have the flat to yourself. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard. It is in a great location for access to the city centre being situated on a good bus route with buses passing every five to ten minutes. The amenities are a bath, shower, bidet, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV, brand new boiler and microwave. The double glazing means it is very quiet. It includes a parking space and is within a block of flats where the neighbours are quiet and pleasant. All bills are included apart from the gas and electricity bill.

I stay there a couple of nights a week in the smaller room. I am tidy, relaxed and enjoy being in the outdoors. I am looking for a clean, chilled and honest female.
