I work full time and spend 2 nights a week at my partner's place.
I like to game on Xbox , I'm sociable but respect own space too. I'm clean and tidy, but not anal about it and I'm looking for a flat mate who is similar and would want to hang out too both nights in and out too.
I'm a qualified chef and love to cook too.
I have all the TV subscription services and the room comes with your own TV and EETV box too with access to sports, movies and entertainment as well as Netflix and NOW TV etc.
Looking for a long term renter but happy to consider shorter term too.
I prefer to have a male flat mate, not to be sexist but I get on better with men but will consider a female too.
