Double Room in Killingworth – Summer Short Let

I’m looking for someone to rent my double room in Killingworth for a short let while I’m away travelling this summer. The room is available from 8th May to 31st August (dates flexible within reason).

The house is in a great location – just a short walk from Lidl and the Killingworth Shopping Centre, which includes Morrisons, Matalan, Greggs, and Subway. There’s also a lovely lake and green space only 5 minutes away, perfect for relaxing walks.

You’ll have exclusive use of one comfortable double bedroom, access to the upstairs bathroom with shower/bath, and a downstairs toilet. The house also has private parking, and there’s a bus stop nearby with frequent services into the town centre.
