Room in 3 bed house, with all bills, WiFi & Council Tax included, sharing only with me, live-in landlord, and my partner who regularly stays over. Happy to consider house-trained pets. Max 4 months / until end of Feb only.
The room is a furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage. There's an office room I use 1 day a week but otherwise this office room is available to use for working from home.
There is a shared bathroom, a modern kitchen-diner and a large living room with 55-inch TV & PS4 (no TV licence due to poor TV reception, but I have Netflix, etc).
About me: I'm Dave, I'm 31 and am very outdoorsy (I love cycling / running / hiking), and also like cooking and chilled evenings watching films. I work for a cycling holiday company.
I had a housemate for 18 months who moved out after buying a place so I am looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and tidy.
The house is on a quiet street in Kingston Park, about 10 mins walk to the Metro and Big Tesco, with easy access to the A1. 20 min drive or 30 mins by public transport to Newcastle city centre.
There is also free off-street permit parking and use of garage and / or loft for storage.
Rent is £600p/m and ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (gas & electric, water, Wi-Fi and Council Tax) *this assumes non-excessive use.
Room available for rent until approx February 2026.
Finally, I'd prefer to get to know someone before committing to house sharing.
