1 spare bedroom in end terrace house

I have a spare bedroom in a 3-bed end terrace house. The room is a double room but currently has a single bed in it. You are welcome to put your own double bed in here (apologies, the picture of the room was taken when it had a double bed in it). It also has a built in cupboard which is reasonably sized. The room locks and is next door to the shared bathroom. The kitchen and living area are also shared. You will have a full cupboard to yourself. All utensils, cutlery, and crockery can be shared, as well as all cooking facilities. I am currently in the middle of getting another fridge-freezer, so you could potentially have your own fridge & freezer. I very rarely spend time in the living area except when passing through to the kitchen. There is a TV, a PS4 and a Wii in the living area that potential housemates are welcome to use.

The house is within a 2-minute walk to the nearest Metro station that is a 20-minute train journey from the city centre. The house is also within a 5-minute walk of Kingston Retail Park. There is free parking both at the front of the house and at the back. The nearest GP surgery is within a 10-minute walk.

Potential housemates:
• Must have good cleanliness.
• If a smoker, must smoke outside the property/in the garden.

Things to be aware of:
• I have a puppy. She is a Chihuahua, is very sweet and loves a cuddle.
• My fiancé stays with me on weekends and holidays.
• I work from home.
