I’m Lee. I live in a house and I am looking for either one person or a couple to move in with me until I move out at the beginning of August. The room is unfinished, please bear this in mind. I’m a professional, work full-time and I have two cats. I like to read, hike, workout and socialise. Students or professionals are welcome, however this is a quiet street and I don’t really want party animals in the house as I’m more of a chill guy. Also LGBT friendly.
It’s a 3 bed house, 3 bathrooms (two of which are shared, one is my en-suite), shared kitchen and living room, and is right next to Kingston Park, about a 10 minute walk to Kingston Park metro, which is only about 15 minutes from town. Also have a drive that doesn’t get used as I don’t drive, so feel free to park there if you do.
