Large shared modern kitchen-diner with induction hob, double oven, coffee lab and very large dining table.

Big comfortable shared lounge with huge L shape sofa, 55 inch TV, Xbox and Wood Burner.

Loads of on-street parking and I've never struggled to park right outside the door. Large garden with patio (fire pit coming soon), meat smoker, BBQ and grassy area.

I've just moved to this area from down south and realised how convenient Lemington is! It's only a 15 drive right into the centre and there's a bus outside my door that goes right into the heart of the city centre. Close to Metro Centre, Kingston Park, decent supermarket in walking distance.

Looking for someone pretty chilled and not too noisy or messy. I do like to keep things clean and tidy, but I'm fairly chilled when it comes to living with people (spent 4 years travelling and living in dorm rooms).
