Two double bedrooms available

Two double bedrooms available to rent. The rooms are quite spacious, and in a quiet part of Lemington.

No broadband at the moment, but I will be getting it installed, which would be free to access for potential housemates.

I work as a Chef, so I work long hours and do socialise quite abit in my spare time. So I am rarely at the property.

I don't smoke, however I do like a drink or two. I have two living areas and a spacious drive, as well as a big garden and patio to unwind on.

I'm looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, is respectful of fellow housemates and doesn't smoke indoors. Shoot me a message over if you have any questions!
