Single room available

Hi, I’m a professional working woman living with my young son, and I have a single room available.

I’m ideally looking for someone who needs a Monday to Friday stay, but I’m open to considering the right person. I work full time and tend to be out often, including some evenings, so the house is generally quiet.

Because I have a child at home, I’m looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and mindful of noise. A DBS check (or willingness to have one) would be preferred for peace of mind.

This would suit a professional or someone working away from home during the week.
