I am seeking a friendly, clean, considerate professional female or a student as a flat mate.

Double furnished room to rent in upstairs flat near Low Fell, Gateshead and Central Newcastle. Also only a few minutes walk to Saltwell Park.

In a great location with excellent transport links to access Gateshead, Low Fell, Newcastle and Metrocentre and is not far from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

£400 (includes bills) The room has been freshly painted, carpet cleaned and has a set of pine drawers, lamp, 2 mirrors and wardrobe. The bed has a brand new mattress, duvet and pillows.

You would be sharing with me, I am a female full - time working professional who regularly stays out 3 nights a week. I have a small dog called Meg who is a jackapoo. She is well trained, loving and friendly. I enjoy running, cycling, dog walks and going to music gigs locally and I am friendly, clean and considerate.

It's a nice tidy and clean property. Living room has a nice LED LG 46 inch Tv with a cosy wood burning stove. There is a hoover washer / dryer in the kitchen. There is an extra chest freezer and fridge in the garage and space in the garage and loft to store some extra items or a bike if needed.

There are local shops, takeaways and pubs within 5 minutes walking distance and there are local supermarkets very close by for those who don't drive.

I would prefer a 3 month agreement initially but that could continue if all goes well and both parties are happy to continue.
