I'm looking for a like minded flatmate to live with me in my flat. I've had a beautiful kitchen renovation (with dishwasher) and a landscaped garden and i love my flat! I hope you do too! I am sociable with my flatmates but also happy to have our own space.

All bills included... WiFi, Netflix, on street parking. I'd like someone clean and considerate and friendly.
The flat is upstairs, 2 bedrooms. It has a really nice bathroom with a freestanding bath. I have two very friendly cats!
The spare room has a double bed, chest of drawers, table, chair and clothes rail 😊
I'm very close to QE hospital as well as 2 minute walk to bus stop to get the newcastle. Takes about 20 minutes.
You can walk to low fell high street which has shops, restaurants and pubs/bars
