I'm looking for a like minded flatmate to live with me in my flat. I've had a beautiful kitchen renovation (with dishwasher) and a landscaped garden and i love my space! I'd like someone who will want to socialise in the shared spaces, hang out watch TV or eat together.
Females and professional only.
All bills included... WiFi, Netflix, on street parking. I share the cleaning with a cleaner but would expect you to keep the shared spaces tidy, wipe up surfaces etc. I'd like someone clean and considerate with good communication skills.
The flat is upstairs, 2 bedrooms. It has a really nice bathroom with a freestanding bath. I have two very friendly cats!
The spare room has a double bed, chest of drawers, table, chair and clothes rail 😊
I'm very close to QE hospital as well as 2 minute walk to bus stop to get the newcastle. Takes about 20 minutes.
You can walk to low fell high street which has shops, restaurants and pubs/bars
