Large double room for let in Low Fell 12/09/25

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 3 bed apartment in the lovely area of Low Fell, Gateshead.
I live a 10 minute walk from the high street and 5 minutes from a bus stop which takes you directly into Newcastle (approx 15 min journey).
The flat has large living and dining areas, a kitchen and one bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms but I’m currently using one as a study. Your bedroom would be a spacious double with lovely views across the valley.
I’m really looking for someone who I could become friends with, rather than just flatmates! It’s important to me that we get on as I want us both to feel comfortable (and have fun!)
I do have a miniature poodle, so you would need to love dogs as much as I do!
I do have a yard but very rarely use this so haven’t done anything special with it. Saltwell Park is a 10 min walk so I tend to spend a lot of time there.
I’m also in the process of redecorating the living room (pink) so I’ll upload some up to date photos asap!

Please note! I’m looking for LONG TERM only (min 1 year), professionals (not students) and would prefer to share with women.
