The flat is £850 pcm and to be let as a whole- not two separate rooms.
Bills are not included in the rent.

It's very close to great schools, the metro station and fab local shops. Park View is also only a 15 min walk away.

Pictures are from when we moved in, so currently has different furniture inside, but will be newly carpeted throughout ahead of move in.

The property has a front and rear garden, and parking is on the street out front.
