Nearest Metro West Monkseaton, Bus routes at bottom of street.
Heating is kept low so rent is low. Warm in Winter.
Nearby COOP, Aldi, lidl, Sainsburys, Morrisons.
Chip shop, Sandwich shop, Indians & Allards.
Awaiting lodger to move on so flexible with dates.
