Rooms in detached house in Whitley Bay

We have a single room available in a detached house in the quiet area of West Monkseaton, within easy walking distance to large supermarket. WiFi and all bills are included. 5 minutes walk to Metro, and bus routes, 5 minute drive to Cobalt Business Park, 1½ miles to Whitley Bay, 10 miles to Newcastle. The main bathroom is shared with other guests as landlord has own bathroom on the other side of the house. The driveway accommodates 2 cars and there is plenty of on-street parking available. Only non-smokers considered, thanks.
