I am looking for someone to take over my room which I have paid the deposit from September. The building has a gym, multiple social spaces, study areas and gaming area. There is also free breakfast every weekday morning. It is right opposite St James View and barker and Stonehouse furniture shop, with 2 tescos, a Sainsburys and subway in 3 minutes walking time. The studio is spacious and has a large window on one side of it. There is also a lot of space for storage under the bed and in the large wardrobes.
