The house is centrally heated, non-smoking, pet-free, and has reliable WiFi (average 61 Mbps). Please note that I'm a vegetarian and would ask that you don't keep or cook with meat or poultry (fish is fine).
Conveniently located close to West Road with ethnic food shops, restaurants, and takeaways, plus a Post Office. Frequent buses and easy 30-minute downhill walk to the university or central station. On-street parking is available outside.
