Refurbished and decorated to a high standard with funky living room/kitchenette (there is a large kitchen downstairs) to share with 1 other lodger - it's like a luxury flat that you share with 1 other. (I have my own living room and space downstairs). It's a happy household that gets on, but we don't invade each other's privacy.
Really nice house with all facilities, including desk in bedroom and fast wifi. Backs onto large park and within walking distance of shops, pub and good restaurant. Really convenient for everything and A1.
