A Great Place to Live and Work

Professionals or hardworking mature students please apply. I am looking for a person who likes to live in a clean, warm house. The present occupants are friendly and helpful people. They sometimes do shift work at home so I want a person who respects the need for a quiet household.

The room upstairs overlooks a tree lined street. It has a large bay window with a splendid view. The room contains a double bed, easy chair, work table a wardrobe and has plenty of shelf storage space. All rooms are heated by gas central heating.

The kitchen area in our household is a meeting point for the people living here. There is a central table where up to 6 people can eat together. Outside is a large garden area, its patio and decking provides plenty of private outside space. An outside canopied area adjacent to the house is available as a smoking area.

There are two bathrooms one upstairs, one downstairs. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washer and drier and some extra storage space. Facilities in the household that are shared in common are cleaned on a regular basis.

The house itself is based in a residential area and there is a parking space outside. Local shops are easily accessed on foot and frequent buses run from the nearby main roads to the train station and city centre. Walking to the city centre takes around 25-30 minutes..

Please note that the rent for short-term lets of up to 2 months, is charged weekly at £100 per week. Rent for couples is £150 per week.
