Looking for a flatmate for academic year 2019/20

Hello everybody,
I found a lovely flat in a central location. It has two double bedrooms, one living room, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, a bathroom with bath.
I would love to live there since it's really close to uni, in a nice area and quite cheap, therefore I am looking for a flatmate.

I am Italian and currently on my year abroad in China. I study translation and interpreting. I am a tidy person, always up for a chat. I usually don't spend too much time at home since I am quite busy with my course but I'd like to do things together every now and then. I love cooking, so expect some tiramisu and lasagne 😏
