Large double en-suite room in spacious flat

I have a very big fully furnished double room with en-suite to rent in my Heaton flat. The flat has a brand new kitchen with all mod cons and separate living/dining room. Most bills included in the price,(water, council tax, broadband, cable t. v etc), just not gas.
The flat is only a ten minute bus ride to the city centre and is also handy for the coast and the silverlink.
I am a 35 year old professional male, and spend at least two weeks of every month out of the country, so you will have the flat to yourself quite a lot.
