I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room in Unite Students Newgate Court accommodation.

All bills are included with high-speed WiFi.

Newgate Court is a brand-new building having only opened in September 2018

• Lots of common space
• 24hr security
• Onsite maintenance team

The room is large and includes the following
• Double bed
• Desk
• Desk chair
• Large wardrobe
• Plenty of storage with desk drawers, desk shelves, deep storage shelves above the bed and under bed storage.

The bathroom is en-suite with shower, sink, toilet, and mirrored cupboard.

The kitchen is shared with an oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, comfortable seating and great views of the city. The kitchen is also cleaned every fortnight by Unite staff.

It is ideally located right in the centre of Newcastle 10 minutes from Newcastle University, 5 minutes from the central train station and metro stop, and 5 minutes from Eldon Square shopping centre and The Gate which has a large cinema and restaurants.

You can take over my contract for this room for summer 2019 from now until mid-September. This means you will have an official contract with Unite Students. You can also talk to reception if you wish to stay longer.
