Hi, I am looking for someone to move into the other room in my 2 bed flat as my current flatmate is moving out. It's located in the city centre of Newcastle, right next to the gate so very convenient for all shopping/going out/pretty much anything..
About the Flat:
The room is a good size double room, it comes with a double bed, bedside table, shelves and wardrobe provided. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer (I don't use), electric hob and fan oven. There is a living room with a sofa and a small table and chairs. It's a first floor place and has windows overlooking the street, however it's quite quiet and you don't hear any noise from the street/other residents. The landlords are helpful and quick to fix any maintenance issues that may arise, although there have been very few.
There is one bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. The price is £650 /month for the whole place so we would split that between us making it £325 a month before bills. The bills currently come to about £50 a month, not including council tax which is band A (about £100 a month for the whole place/ £50 each).

I am a former student now working, currently living here with a friend of mine who has decided to go back home to save money. I am looking to move someone else in as I like the place and couldn't afford it by myself. As for new flatmate preferences I'm not too fussy, I only ask that you respect the flat and myself and are considerate of early morning starts sometimes. I generally keep the place quite clean but I'm not OCD. I try to be considerate not making too much noise, that said I do like a night out here and there and like to have a laugh. I'm pretty laid back and would like to live with someone who is the same.
If you like the place, when you move in we would start a new tenancy with the landlord on a 6 month contract.. Please contact me with any questions/ to come and see the place.
