I have a Silver Studio available at Newcastle 1 with immediate occupation. This studio has en-suite facilities, full kitchenette, freeview tv, all bills included, WiFi and parking. The building has security access, a gym, a cinema room and games room. The occupier must be a student. The tenancy agreement is for 42 weeks (24th Sept 2019-15th July 2020).
£250 refundable deposit. Required.

As the first two instalments have been paid, this averages out at £120pw all inclusive for 42week tenancy.
