The house has a shared lounge, kitchen and utility room, plus a communal courtyard garden on the block. The largest room includes a walk-in closet/office and ensuite.

This is a new houseshare and I’m hoping to create a relaxed, welcoming environment with people who are friendly, considerate and enjoy a balance of socialising and having their own space. Ideal for someone who likes the idea of a home rather than just renting a room.

There’s a nice social atmosphere developing in this courtyard block with friends/neighbours — occasional shared meals, films, song or games rather than a party house. Potential access to neighbour’s sauna/cold plunge too.

Looking for people who are:
• easygoing and communicative
• reasonably tidy in shared spaces
• respectful of others’ routines/work

The house is currently being renovated, so move-in dates are flexible. Depending on final arrangements, the setup may eventually become a live out or a resident-landlord/lodger arrangement, but either way ideally suited to someone comfortable with a more personal and collaborative style of house share.
