Double room for rent in Sandyford

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a large 6 person house in Sandyford. It's about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle to both universities, and is near the Nisa Local and Tesco Express.

It's got permit parking at the back and front, a front lawn, and a big vented garage with sofas and a desk/work area. The living room is cosy with a flat screen and 2 sofas, and the kitchen is really big. Upstairs is a big bathroom with a separate bath and shower, and there's a WC on the first floor too.

The room itself is the smallest unfortunately, but there's a large built-in wardrobe outside and my other housemates have agreed that whoever has that room gets a corner of the garage to themselves for work/hobbies, which definitely made up for it in my opinion. The internet is great too.

The other tenants are all really friendly, some like going out or having fun nights in, some are a bit quieter.

The rent is £78 per week and we each pay £10 a week towards bills.
