The rent is £242pm. No deposit is required. Room available from beginning of January.

Bills are not included but to give you a ballpark they come to around £80. I can give more of a break down if you're interested but the cost includes council tax, water rates, electric/gas and broadband.

The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There are buses into town from either end of the street, St. James metro is a 15 minute walk and it's not much further to walk to the city centre or central station. It's a great street and location, I've lived here for years!

Working professionals only please, we will consider students but you would need to contribute to the council tax otherwise the cost per month will go up for everyone else.
