The House - It is located near the city centre, in the lovely neighbourhood of Spital Tongues, surrounded by Medical School, Royal Victoria Infirmary, Northern Institute for Cancer Research and Park View student halls.

The Kitchen - It is fully equipped with pretty much everything needed for someone who enjoys cooking/baking (kettle, electric fan oven & gas stove, microwave, multipurpose mixer, blender and food processor, washing machine with dryer and a dishwasher).

The Bedroom - Has a queen size double bed, two generous cabinets, a wardrobe and four drawers (storage spaces) under the bed.

The shared Living Room - It is equipped with a cosy double sofa, a large TV, a dining table for 6.

The Backyard - It is furnished with a Victorian-style metal coffee table and bench.

There is parking in front of the house. You can apply for a parking permit if needed (£25/yearly).

I have to mention that all bills are included (council tax as well).

Been living in this property for 6.5 years now. I'm looking for a tidy and sociable professional or student willing to stay for a medium to a long period of time (+3 months). If you have a pet, feel free to bring him/her with you, but unfortunately no cats :(
