There's a shared living area with large TV, big corner sofa, and a balcony with views of the Tyne and Sage.
There's also a large kitchen/dinning room with an additional lounge area and guest bathroom.

I'm a live out landlord. Water and wifi is included. Electricity is not and will have to be split between you.
