It is an old house with high ceilings so will not suit someone who wants to wear shorts and t shirt indoors in the winter!
All bills and rent about £440 month. Is quite high due to heating bills.
I try to be eco friendly, so do the recycling, use eco friendly cleaning products. Ideally I'd like whoever moves in to care about these things too.
