I reckon this is the most beautiful walk to town /uni from any Newcastle suburb! (5 mins walk to Spital Tongues across the park, then short walk down Richardson Rd or across the town moor to city centre and University), also ideal for the University Business School, and only 10 minutes to Newcastle Helix (University Science Park)

On the edge of the park and town moor (great for running and cycling), excellent local food shops, fantastic Barista cafe in the local park, restaurants, hospitals, good transport links, very quiet location.
