Masses of storage both in bedrooms and around the house, secure bicycle lock-up and large garden shed for the barbecue and outdoor seating.
Spacious sitting room with TV and lots of comfy seating, separate elegant dining room for entertaining. The kitchen is enormous and has new range cooker, microwave, 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher and everything that a keen cook could require. There is a separate utility room with a large sink, washing machine, drier, and drying racks.
Private backyard with spacious deck area chairs and table, barbecue and drying facilities surrounded with plants in tubs and culinary herbs for the kitchen. Pretty front garden with a bench in the sun.
The bedroom has a double bed, ( bedding can be provided) adjoining this is a sitting room/study with a large wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a desk and a comfy armchair, ideal for home working.

£500 a calendar month which covers all bills, gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, house and public liability insurance, TV licence, unlimited broadband.
The bus into the city centre and to the university leaves from the top of the street 2 minutes walk away. It takes 15 minutes to walk into the city centre or 20 minutes to the university. There is plenty of free on street parking as the street is a quiet no through road.
The other housemates enjoy their comfortable tidy house and would welcome someone who would appreciated this calm friendly environment on a street that feels like a small village as so many residents know each other.
