Two Bed Furnished Newcastle Apartment

Hi! My name's Matt and for the last 10 years or so I have loved living in my beautiful top floor loft style apartment in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne. Alas the time has come for me to move out, so it is now available for you to rent!

Honestly it's so good for city living and is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, supermarkets, and all transport. I think the time from flat to nearest pub is under one minute (not that I've tried it haha!) It's also less than a minute walk from the train station, and an easy walk to all universities.

Situated in a listed converted warehouse it has loads of charm and character, including original wooden floorboards throughout. It's the largest flat in the building and benefits from a separate large kitchen/diner and living room, something you often don't get with city centre properties.

The kitchen has been fully refurbished with integrated appliances, including fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

You have two double bedrooms each fitted with brand new kingsize beds and mattresses, black out blinds, full length mirrors, and bedside tables. There is also ample hanging space for clothing, with one bedroom benefitting from a walk in wardrobe for added storage.

The newly refurbished bathroom consists of a full size bath, electric shower, and light up vanity mirror cabinet.

The apartment is electric only and is heated through electric radiators. We have a car park under the building, although it's a tight squeeze and only really suitable for small cars. There is also a multi-story car park opposite the building which is free after 5pm.

The entry to the building uses a communal entrance with a fob/phone system. There is also a lift so you don't have to climb the stairs!

The price is for the entire apartment fully furnished. This does not include utility bills or services eg. Internet.
Please note: non-smokers only, no pets allowed.. A fully refundable damage deposit of 1 months rent is payable at the start of the letting period. Rent is to be paid 1 month in advance by standing order.
