I have a room to rent in a 2 bed apartment at Hadrians Tower, located in the city centre next to St James' Park. The apartment comes fully furnished with all bills included. There is a smart tv in the living room which comes with Netflix! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, along with a washer/dryer and dishwasher, also a great coffee machine! The building also has a champagne bar on top along with a cafe on site, which all tenants get 10% off!

I’m an easy going person, easy to get along with. Enjoy anything active and quite sociable. I like to keep the place tidy so would expect a flatmate to do the same. No preference on male/female as long as we get along 😀
