The apartment is on the top floor and has views over Chinatown. It is in the city centre, and is a 10 minute walk to Newcastle University, 15 minute walk to Northumbria University and a 2 minute walk to Monument.

The flat has three double bedrooms one of which is available to rent. The other two rooms are occupied by 2 female students in their final year of University. I am one of those students - I can't change that on the ad and am posting on behalf of the student who wishes to end his tenancy. The end of this contract is the 14th September.

The room has a double bed with headboard, desk, TV, a wardrobe and plenty of natural light. There is a modern, shared bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living space which includes a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. The apartment is fully furnished.
