Im offering for rent a double bedroom in my city centre apartment.

The flat is located a stones throw from central station and the 02 academy. An endless list of bars, pubs, restaurants, theatres and clubs.

The apartment itself is a period property on the top floor of an edwardian building. Internally the apartment has two large double bedrooms a large living room ablack high gloss kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The available bedroom is very comfortable with a large bed, wardrobe and Victorian fireplace.

I am ideally looking for a professional person to move into my apartment who is easy going, up for a laugh, tidy and respectful.....general stuff which most people look for.

I work as a dentist and therefore it s important that week nights are not too hectic with parties and people coming around, On the other hand weekends are there to be enjoyed.
